I want ordering from my store to be simple and straightforward. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules that apply when you visit my website, place an order, or purchase a product from Walter’s Watches.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Walter’s Watches

Walter’s Watches is my online watch store, where I offer watches and related products directly to customers.

2. Using My Online Store

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.

You may not use my products, website, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

You must also not attempt to interfere with the security, operation, or functionality of this website.

3. Products and Availability

I do my best to present every watch as accurately as possible, including its appearance, specifications, materials, dimensions, and other relevant details.

Please keep in mind that colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device, lighting, and other factors.

As I prepare to retire and bring this chapter of Walter’s Watches to a close, many of the watches currently available are part of my Final Collection. Availability may therefore be limited, and certain models may not return once they sell out.

All products are subject to availability. I reserve the right to discontinue a product or limit the quantities available for purchase where reasonably necessary.

4. Prices and Promotions

All prices displayed on Walter’s Watches are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change from time to time.

Promotional offers, including my Final Collection Sale and Buy 2, Get 1 Free offer, may be subject to specific conditions displayed on my website.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined with other discount codes or offers.

If a product or price is displayed incorrectly because of an obvious technical, typographical, or pricing error, I reserve the right to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel or refund the affected order.

5. Buy 2, Get 1 Free

While my Buy 2, Get 1 Free promotion is active, simply add three qualifying watches to the same order.

Unless otherwise stated, the lowest-priced eligible watch will be free, with the promotional discount applied automatically at checkout.

All three qualifying watches must be purchased in the same transaction.

If you later return part of an order that received this promotion, I may recalculate the promotional discount based on the watches you keep. Any refund will reflect the amount actually paid for the returned watch or watches after the promotion has been taken into account.

The current terms and availability of this offer will be displayed on my website while the promotion is active.

6. Placing an Order

When you place an order with me, please make sure the information you provide is complete and accurate, including your:

• Name;

• Email address;

• Billing information; and

• Shipping address.

After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation by email.

An order confirmation means that your order has been received. I reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or incorrect customer information.

If I cancel an order that you have already paid for, the applicable amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

7. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact me at info@walters-watches.us within 1 hour of placing your order.

I’ll do my best to accommodate your request. Because orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed, I can’t guarantee cancellation once preparation has started.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, you can request a return after receiving it in accordance with my Returns & Refunds Policy.

8. Payment

Payment is due when your order is placed.

The payment methods currently available will be displayed during checkout.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and/or the applicable third-party payment provider. I do not directly store your complete payment card information on my own systems.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the charges associated with your order.

9. Shipping

I generally prepare orders within 1–3 business days (Monday through Saturday).

Once your order has shipped, delivery within the United States typically takes 5–10 business days (Monday through Saturday).

These delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside my reasonable control may affect delivery.

During my Final Collection Sale, I currently offer complimentary standard shipping on U.S. orders, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

10. Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an error afterward, contact me at info@walters-watches.us as soon as possible.

I’ll do my best to update your address before the order ships, but I can’t guarantee that changes can be made once your order has been processed or handed over to the carrier.

Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be your responsibility where permitted by applicable law.

11. Returns and Refunds

I want you to feel confident when ordering from Walter’s Watches.

Eligible watches may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in my Returns & Refunds Policy.

To be eligible for a standard return, your watch must generally be unworn and unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and returned with its original packaging and included accessories.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless your watch arrived damaged or defective, you received the wrong item, or applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Final Sale and Excluded Products

Certain products or promotions may be clearly marked as Final Sale. These products may not be eligible for standard returns or exchanges.

Mystery Boxes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless an item arrives damaged or defective, or a return is otherwise required by applicable law.

Any applicable return restrictions will be disclosed before or at the time of purchase.

13. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

I want every order from Walter’s Watches to arrive as expected.

If your watch arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me as soon as possible at info@walters-watches.us.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the problem.

I’ll review the issue and help arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund where applicable.

Please keep the watch and its original packaging until the issue has been resolved.

14. Exchanges

Eligible exchanges are subject to availability.

Because many of the watches currently available are part of my Final Collection, I can’t guarantee that the same model will still be available when you request an exchange.

If the watch you want is no longer available, I’ll go through the available options with you.

15. Product Care and Use

Please use and maintain your watch according to any care instructions provided with the product or on my website.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper handling, unauthorized repairs, or damage caused by using a product in a way for which it was not intended may not be considered a product defect.

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

16. Website Information

I do my best to keep the information on Walter’s Watches accurate and up to date.

However, occasional errors may occur in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping information, or other website content.

If I discover an error, I reserve the right to correct it and update the relevant information where reasonably necessary.

17. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website — including the Walter’s Watches name, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, written content, and website design elements — is owned by or licensed to Walter’s Watches and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These may include severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, carrier delays, governmental actions, labor disruptions, internet or technology failures, or similar events.

If something outside my control affects your order, I’ll make reasonable efforts to keep you informed and help find an appropriate solution.

23. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to my store, services, promotions, policies, or applicable legal requirements.

The latest version will always be published on this page with an updated revision date.

Changes will not retroactively alter the terms that applied to an order you already placed unless required by law or agreed with you.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the policies referenced on my website, form the agreement between you and Walter’s Watches concerning your use of the store and purchases made through it.

If I do not enforce a particular provision on one occasion, that does not mean I waive the right to enforce it in the future.

26. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute relating to your use of Walter’s Watches or a purchase made through my store will be governed by the applicable laws and handled by the courts or other dispute-resolution mechanisms having jurisdiction under applicable law.
